The LG/XL is for chest measurements of 42" to 52" (107cm to 132cm) and the XL/XXL is for chest measurements of 50" to 56" (127cm to 122cm).The thin back construction distributes the PlushFit foam flotation more broadly to reduce bulk and improve the fit.
